Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for FitMentor subscriptions.

2. What is being purchased

FitMentor provides access to a digital subscription service inside Telegram. Paid plans unlock additional features for a limited period.

As a general rule, once a digital subscription has been activated and used, it may no longer be refundable unless required by applicable law or in case of a technical failure on our side.

5. Cancellation

If paid access is not renewed, the subscription simply expires at the end of the paid period. There is no automatic obligation to keep using the service.

6. How to request a refund

Please include your Telegram account, payment date, amount, and the reason for the request.

7. Review period

Approved refund requests are processed through the same payment channel that was used for the purchase, usually within up to 10 business days, unless the rules of the relevant payment method require a different process.
