2. What data we collect

• Account data: Telegram ID, username, first name
• Profile data: age, sex, height, weight, target weight, goals, restrictions, allergies
• Tracking data: food, water, sleep, weight, activity, mood, weekly summaries
• AI interaction data: conversation history used to answer your requests inside the bot
• Media input: food photos and voice messages, processed to recognize meals or transcribe speech
• Subscription data: plan, payment status, subscription dates
• Technical data: service logs, error events, and security diagnostics

3. Why we process your data

• To provide the bot, Mini App, and your personal dashboard
• To calculate calories, macros, water targets, and progress metrics
• To generate AI-based replies, recipes, and insights
• To send reminders, summaries, and subscription-related messages
• To keep the service stable, secure, and supportable
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations where required

4. Legal basis

We process personal data to provide the service you request, to run the account and subscription, on the basis of your consent where required, and on our legitimate interest in maintaining service security, reliability, and support operations.

5. AI and third-party processors

FitMentor uses third-party AI providers to answer questions, generate recipes and insights, recognize meals from text or photos, and transcribe voice messages.

We do not send full bank card data to our own servers. At the current stage, paid access may be processed through payment flows available inside Telegram, including Telegram Stars. After the business and banking setup is updated, direct ruble-denominated bank payment methods may be added as well.

6. Data storage and international transfers

Primary storage of personal data is maintained on server infrastructure located in the Russian Federation. Some data is transmitted to third-party processors outside the Russian Federation when needed to deliver AI, monitoring, or Telegram functionality.

If you use FitMentor from outside Russia, your data may be transferred internationally as part of service delivery. By using the service, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur.

9. Security

• TLS is used for data transmission where applicable
• Primary database and backups are maintained on infrastructure in the Russian Federation
• Access to production data is restricted
• Error monitoring is configured to minimize or scrub personal data where possible

10. Children

FitMentor is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly offer the service to children below that age.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify users inside the service or on the website before the updated version takes effect.
