1. General
These Terms govern the use of FitMentor, a Telegram-based nutrition and fitness tracking service provided through the bot @fit_mentor_ai_bot.

By starting to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
FitMentor provides:
- Food, water, weight, sleep, and activity tracking
- Calorie and macro calculations
- AI-generated replies, summaries, and recipes
- Progress analytics and reports
Important: FitMentor is not a medical service. AI-based recommendations are informational only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
The service is intended for users aged 16 or older.
4. User account
- You must provide accurate profile information where requested
- You must not impersonate another person
- You must not share account access in a way that harms service integrity
5. Plans and subscriptions

Prices may change in the future, but any change does not affect the current paid period already purchased.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed through the payment flows shown to the user at checkout
- At the current stage, some purchase flows may use Telegram Stars
- After the business and banking setup is updated, direct ruble-denominated bank payment methods may be added
- Paid access starts after successful confirmation of payment
- When a paid period ends, access to paid features stops automatically
- User data is retained according to the Privacy Policy
7. AI features
- AI output may contain inaccuracies
- Meal recognition and calorie estimation are approximate in some cases
- AI is not a substitute for qualified professional advice
8. Prohibited use
- Using the service in violation of applicable law
- Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to overload the bot
- Unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Any attempt to disrupt service stability or security
9. Intellectual property
The service, its code, design, and internal logic belong to the provider. User-entered personal tracking data belongs to the user.
10. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided on an “as is” basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI recommendations
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period
11. Account deletion
You can request account deletion via the bot or by contacting support.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be announced through the service or website.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the provider’s place of operation, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
